Rick Benson

With more than 20 years in the commercial real estate industry, Rick has an extensive experience with ownership, finance, real estate syndication, due diligence analysis, management, leasing, and acquisitions. For Onair, he handles developing and sourcing acquisitions, negotiations, and the execution of acquisition opportunities. Additionally, he is responsible for the overall leasing and property management of his acquisitions.

Prior to joining Onair, Rick was the Director of Capital/Business Development for another medical office development firm. Before that, he was an independent registered representative with Steven Falk & Associates, working on raising equity from investors for Tenant In Common real estate syndication investments. During that time, he was also a due diligence analyst for the Broker Dealer and assisted his registered representatives and their investors providing property analysis and due diligence on Tenant In Common investment property valued at over $135 million over 4 years. He has also held various sales and management positions for several high tech communication companies including NYNEX, New England Telephone and Forte Technologies.

Rick has held a Massachusetts real estate license since 1990 and received his BA degree in Economics from Harvard University in 1981.
