A former health care regulatory attorney with a master's degree in taxation law from NYU, Kerry has directed the development of medical office buildings across six states. He formed Onair after six years as Co-Founder and Principal of another medical office development firm, bringing with him a team dedicated to executing his unique tenant ownership model.
Kerry grew up in Western Canada, and attended the University of Massachusetts at Lowell on a Division 1 ice hockey scholarship. After playing professionally in Europe, Kerry returned to the USA, graduating from law school at the University of South Carolina and obtaining his Masters in Taxation Law from New York University. Kerry practiced law with a national firm specializing in tax and health care regulatory issues for six years, where he served as the lead attorney in numerous real estate projects. During that time, he also advised a number of health care clients regarding stark and federal anti-kick back regulations, and served on several hospital boards and advisory panels.
