Eric's diverse background has led to his success in the development industry - bringing marketing and project management capabilities to each project with a high-touch, hands-on approach. He oversees the development and marketing of current and future acquisitions for Onair Development, and is also responsible for sourcing new building acquisitions, negotiations, equity investments, leasing and project management for our properties.
Eric began his involvement in commercial real estate in 2004, and has since developed, managed, and raised equity for five medical office buildings. He has raised more than $10 million for investments while serving as Director of Real Estate Development for another medical office development group's Texas office.
Prior to real estate, Mr. Perardi spent 10 years in Los Angeles, Calif., acting as co-owner of several production companies as he wrote and acted in numerous film and television projects. He attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in Troy, NY, on a Division 1 ice hockey scholarship, where he received his B.S. in Industrial Management Engineering. After graduation, he worked as a project engineer for Caterpillar Inc.
